Welcome to
GRACE BIBLE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
of CAPE CANAVERAL, FL

   Rev. Jim D. Blizzard, Pastor

Pastor Jim Blizzard grew up in the Bible Presbyterian Church, where he was taught the Scriptures from an early age and learned to love Christ and His church. He shares Grace Bible Presbyterian Church's desire to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.

Before entering pastoral ministry, Jim served for sixteen years with Child Evangelism Fellowship. He was later licensed to preach by the Florida Presbytery in 2024 and moved with his family to Grace Bible Presbyterian Church in Cape Canaveral, where he initially served as stated pulpit supply and as a ruling elder.

Jim has since graduated from Western Reformed Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree and has been ordained as the pastor of Grace Bible Presbyterian Church. Prior to coming to Grace, he served for several years as a ruling elder at Lakeland Bible Presbyterian Church in Lakeland, Florida, where his father pastored for forty years. He is also grandson of Dr. James L. Blizzard, the founding pastor of Grace Bible Presbyterian Church.

Jim's desire is to see the church grow in grace, love, and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has a heart for preaching God's Word, caring for Christ's people, and reaching the surrounding community with the hope of the gospel.

Jim is married to Amanda, and together they homeschool three of their six children.
